Course of seminars "Getting out of the dead end" for relatives and legal representatives of people with mental disorders

A short support program for relatives and legal representatives of people with mental disorders called “Getting out of a dead end” has been launched.

This is a series of 6 free meetings for those who have a person with a diagnosed mental disorder in their family, who feel exhausted, confused, or powerless, who feel that all options have been tried and the situation is a dead end. Our goal is to help participants see a way out and pave the way to it together.

The format of the meetings is lively and involves active involvement — a lot of interaction and small practical tasks.

We will help you do the following:

– see the essence of your “dead end”;

– understand what you are missing and what is really important;

– find a direction to move;

– take the first step towards a way out.

The meetings are led by:

👨‍⚕️ Kostiantyn Zelenov — psychiatrist of the highest category,

👨‍💼 Ihor Nazarenko — clinical psychologist of the highest category.

The meetings are held every Wednesday at 18:30–20:00 in our space at the address: Kyiv, Kostiantynivska St., 18, office 1.
