The composition of the Psychability Board comprehensively reflects the interests of the members of our organization.
The Board includes relatives of people with mental disorders, specialists with over 20 years of successful rehabilitation experience, and a person with a mental disorder.
Liudmyla Tarasenko
Founder and member of Psychability, relative of a person with a disability of group II, which occurred due to a mental disorder. She represents the interests of families where there are people with mental disorders. Lidiia completed two years of training on improving the psychological state in the family in a closed group for relatives of persons with mental disorders at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv. Now she actively participates in Psychability activities as an accountant of membership fees and a controller of their use.
Lidiia Martynova
Founder and Chairwoman of the Psychability Board, a relative of a person with a mental disorder. He represents the interests of families where there are people with mental disorders. Lidiia graduated from the Oles Gonchar Dnipro National University with a degree in Economics and mathematics. Her total work experience in the economic sector is 25 years. Lidiia completed two years of training on improving the psychological state in the family in a closed group for relatives of persons with mental disorders at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv. Now Lidiia volunteers as an accountant in Psychability and actively participates in our grant activities as a project manager.
Ihor Nazarenko
Deputy chairman of the Psychability Board, clinical psychologist of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv, and practical psychologist of the highest category. Ihor graduated from the Mykhailo Dragomanov National Pedagogical University of Kyiv with a master's degree in psychology. He was trained in psychiatric rehabilitation in the Czech Republic and Bulgaria. Since 2000, Ihor has worked at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation for people with mental disorders. His total work experience in the field of psychiatry is 24 years. Now, Ihor works as a clinical psychologist at the municipal non-profit enterprise Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 8, and he has also been an active member of Psychability since its foundation. He conducts psychological consultations for families and people with mental disorders using a biopsychosocial rehabilitation model.
Kostantyn Zelenov
Member of the Psychability Board, psychiatrist of the highest category, master of psychology, and consultant in existential psychology. Kostiantyn was trained in psychiatric rehabilitation in the Czech Republic, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. Kostiantyn headed the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv twice (2001-2004 and 2015-2022). He graduated from the Bukovina State Medical Academy of Chernivtsi with a master's degree in psychiatry, as well as the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv with a master's degree in psychology. Now Kostiantyn works as a psychiatrist at the Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine in Kyiv. He has been an active member of Psychability since its foundation. Priority areas of work: • rehabilitation of people with mental disorders; • psychosocial and psychotherapeutic assistance to relatives of people with mental disorders; • organization and conduct of psychiatric rehabilitation training for mental health professionals and students of related specialties; • popularization of case management and multidisciplinary approach in psychiatry.
Tatyana Demida
Member of the Psychability Board, leader in organizational development, relative of a person with a disability of Group II, which occurred due to a mental disorder. He represents the interests of families where there are people with mental disorders. Tetiana graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas with a degree in Operation of gas and oil pipelines and gas storage facilities. She has many years of experience in organizational work in the banking sector. Tetiana participated as a coordinator in such events: • Social Support Services for older people and people with disabilities Forum (Lviv, Ukraine); • The advocacy campaign for the creation of the «Assistant to a person with mental disorders» service She completed training on improving the psychological state in the family in a closed group for relatives of people with mental disorders at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv.
Anastasia Devyatova
Member of the Psychability Board, leader in communication and design, a person with a mental disorder. She represents the interests of people with mental disorders. Anastasiia graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a bachelor's degree in international information and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a master's degree in Journalism. After, she worked in the field of animation design and video production. In 2012 and 2015-2016, Anastasiia volunteered and collaborated with the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv. In 2019, she completed a one-year training course for psychology consultants. In 2023, she was diagnosed with a mental disorder. She speaks publicly on her own experience of treatment and life with the disorder on her social networks. In 2024, she joined Psychability and participated in the advocacy campaign for the creation of the «Assistant to a person with mental disorders» service.
