
Our Team
The composition of the Psychability Board comprehensively reflects the interests of the members of our organization.
The Board includes relatives of people with mental disorders, specialists with over 20 years of successful rehabilitation experience, and a person with a mental disorder.

Lyudmila Tarasenko
Founder and member of the NGO "Psychability", a relative of a person with a disability of group II, which occurred due to a mental disorder. Represents the interests of families where there are people with mental disorders. She underwent two-year training in improving the psychological state in the family in a closed group for relatives of people with mental disorders at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the KNP "Clinical Hospital "Psychiatry"" in Kyiv. Currently actively participates in the activities of the public organization as an accountant of membership fees and a controller of their use.

Lydia Martynova
Founder and Chairman of the Board of the NGO "Psychability", a relative of a person with a mental disorder. Represents the interests of families with people with mental disorders. Graduated from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University with a degree in "Economist-Mathematician". Total work experience in the economic field is 25 years. She completed a two-year training course on improving the psychological state in the family in a closed group for relatives of people with mental disorders at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the KNP "Clinical Hospital "Psychiatry"" in Kyiv. Currently works as an accountant for the NGO "Psychability" on a voluntary basis and actively participates in the organization's grant activities as a project manager.

Igor Nazarenko
Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NGO "Psychability," practical psychologist of the highest category. He graduated from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University in Kyiv, specializing in Psychology, with qualifications as a Lecturer of Psychology and a Master of Psychology. He completed training and professional development in psychiatric rehabilitation in Czechia and Bulgaria. Since 2000, he has worked at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation for persons with mental disorders. He has 24 years of total professional experience in the field of psychiatry. Currently, he works at the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 8, Mental Health Center, and has been an active member of the NGO "Psychability" since its founding. He provides psychological counseling for families and individuals with mental disorders based on the biopsychosocial model of rehabilitation.

Konstantin Zelenov
Member of the board of the NGO "Psychability", a psychiatrist of the highest category, a master of psychology, a consultant in existential psychology. He underwent training and education in psychiatric rehabilitation in the Czech Republic, Lithuania and Bulgaria. He twice headed the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the KNP "Clinical Hospital "Psychiatry"" in Kyiv (2001–2004 and 2015–2022). He graduated from the Bukovina State Medical Academy in Chernivtsi with a degree in "Psychiatrist", as well as the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv with a degree in "Psychologist". He currently works as a psychiatrist at the Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine of Kyiv. Active participant in the NGO "Psychability" since its foundation. Priority areas of work: • rehabilitation of people with mental disorders; • psychosocial and psychotherapeutic assistance to relatives of people with mental disorders; • organization and conduct of training in psychiatric rehabilitation for mental health professionals and students of related specialties; • popularization of case management and a multidisciplinary approach in psychiatry.

Tatyana Demida
Member of the board of the NGO "Psychability", leader in organizational development of the organization, relative of a person with a disability of group II, which occurred due to a mental disorder. Represents the interests of families where there are people with mental disorders. Graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas with a degree in "Operation of Gas Pipelines and Gas Storage Facilities". Has many years of experience in organizational work in the banking sector. Participated as a coordinator in the following events: • forum "Social services to support the elderly and people with disabilities" (Lviv, Ukraine); • project to implement the service "Assistant to a person with mental disorders". Graduated courses for relatives of people with mental disorders on improving the psychological state in the family at the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the KNP "Clinical Hospital "Psychiatry"" in Kyiv.

Anastasia Devyatova
Member of the board of the public organization "Psychability", leader in communication and design, a person with a mental disorder. Represents the interests of people with mental disorders. She graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in "International Information" (bachelor's degree) and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a degree in "Journalism" (master's degree). After studying, since 2016 she has worked in the field of animation design and video production. In 2012 and 2015–2016 she was a volunteer and collaborated with the Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of the KNP "Clinical Hospital "Psychiatry"" in Kyiv. In 2019 she completed a one-year training course for consultants in the field of psychology. In 2023 she was diagnosed with a mental disorder. She publicly talks about her own experience of treatment and life with the disorder on social networks. In 2024, she joined the NGO "Psychability", participated in the project to implement the service "Assistant to a Person with Mental Disorders".
