The Brilliant Mind is a charity foundation registered on September 20, 2022, at the same time as Psychability. But we took the path of overcoming social and material problems that fall onto people with mental disorders in Ukraine long before the official registration. Together with Liliia Malomuzh, the head of Brilliant Mind, a volunteer, psychologist, and activist in the field of mental health, we help people with mental disorders to live with dignity and be full-fledged members of society without discrimination, stigmatization, and stereotypes. The Ukrainian Social Protection Charity Fund (Chernivtsi)
The Ukrainian Social Protection Charity Fund is a charity organization established on March 15, 2022, in Chernivtsi to provide food, housing, and first aid to people affected by violence and unprovoked Russian aggression against Ukraine. The organization employs more than 100 volunteers and many other concerned individuals who provide humanitarian aid throughout Ukraine. In May 2024, Psychability and the Ukrainian Social Protection Charity Fund signed a memorandum on multi-vector cooperation in organizing events, implementing projects, exchanging information, etc. For more information about the organization, please follow the link:

The Committee for Perfect Psychiatry Charitable Organisation (Kyiv)
The Committee for Perfect Psychiatry is a charity non-governmental organization founded on October 12, 2005, in Kyiv to protect human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as to raise the level of legal awareness of the population. The main task of the organization is to provide high-quality medical and social assistance for the elderly and disabled without providing accommodation. In June 2024, Psychability and The Committee for Perfect Psychiatry signed a memorandum on multi-vector cooperation in organizing events, implementing projects, exchanging information, etc. Olexandr Kozlovsky, the Board Chairman of The Committee for Perfect Psychiatry, a journalist of the Ukrinform agency, personally supports Psychability and helps spread information about our activities. The Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine (Kyiv)
The Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine is a non-governmental organisation established in 1991 in Kyiv as an alternative to the relevant department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The board of the Association has identified the creation of the first law on psychiatric care in our country as its main priority. The organization works in the fields of rule-making, implementing research projects, and information and publishing activities. In 1999, the Association of Psychiatrists of Ukraine, the Castalia and Vita charitable foundations, and a foreign partner, the Geneva Initiative in Psychiatry International Foundation, prepared a project to involve professionals, patients, and their relatives in the development and implementation of new approaches to the rehabilitation of individuals with mental disorders. As a result, a unique Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation was created. The Center worked as a structural division of the municipal non-profit enterprise Psychiatry Clinical Hospital in Kyiv until June 2022. Today, the Center has ceased to exist due to a lack of state funding. But its specialists have joined Psychability and continue to work as part of our team. Within the framework of cooperation, both organizations participate in a research project together with the Newham Center for Mental Health (London, Great Britain). The League of the Strong Civil Association (Kyiv)
The League of the Strong Civil Association was created on 24 December 2021 as an official civil association, though its history dates back to 2019. At that time, six leading Ukrainian organizations working for people with disabilities and their families consolidated for the first time to participate in the advocacy campaign to introduce competitive state financing of civil organizations of people with disabilities. Psychability joined the League of the Strong Civil Association in December 2023, and immediately sent students to its advocacy School. In February 2024, Psychability participated in a grant competition for an advocacy campaign and in March received the maximum funding for implementation of the Assistant to a Person with Mental Disorders Project. Kyiv City Center for Social Services
Kyiv City Center for Social Services was created for methodological support of social work and the provision of social services. The Center provides qualified social services on a free basis to people in difficult life circumstances. The competence of the center's specialists includes: • support for people who have experienced traumatic events; • assistance to veterans, military personnel, and their families, as well as family members of fallen defenders of Ukraine, missing persons under special circumstances, and prisoners of war; • assistance to internally displaced persons in Kyiv. Zelinsky's Ukrainian Strategy (Kyiv)
Zelinsky's Ukrainian Strategy is a non-governmental organization established in 2022. It brought together representatives of the business and information technology sectors. The primary goal of the organization's activities was to ensure the comprehensive development of Ukrainian society. However, at the beginning of a full-scale war, Zelinsky's Ukrainian Strategy Board members took into account current events and adjusted the organization's program and goals. Technical and financial assistance to the military and charitable assistance to underprivileged segments of the population became the organization's priorities. In June 2024, the Ukrainian Strategy of Zelinsky and Psychability signed a memorandum of cooperation, according to which the Ukrainian Strategy of Zelinsky pledged to provide charitable financial assistance for the implementation of Psychability's statutory activities. The Research Society of Disabled People “Institute of Social Policy” (Kyiv)
The Research Society of Disabled People “Institute of Social Policy” is a non-governmental organization that works in the social and charitable spheres, implements research programs and projects, carries out public expertise, conducts methodological and rehabilitation work, and educational activities in the field of education and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities. As of July 2024, the organization became a partner with Psychability and joined the project of the advocacy campaign for the creation of the «Assistant to a person with mental disorders» service. Ievhenia Panichevska, chairwoman of the Research Society of Disabled People “Institute of Social Policy”, actively participated in the project and now advises Psychability specialists on writing a state standard for the Assistant service. Mental Health Service — Association of Mental Health Professionals (Kyiv)
Mental Health Service — The Association of Mental Health Professionals is a non-governmental organization established in 2019 to preserve and restore the mental health of people in Ukraine at the individual level and in society. Currently, the organization's network of centers provides psychological and humanitarian assistance to IDPs, volunteers, and people who have fallen into difficult life circumstances and suffered from the war in Ukraine. The organization's mental health center provides the following services: • consultation with a psychologist; • psychotherapy consultation; • consultation with a psychiatrist; • psychological training and groups; • training on providing first aid. Together with the leadership of the Mental Health Service, we help people with mental disorders to live with dignity and be full-fledged members of society. Caritas Ukraine International Charitable Foundation
Caritas Ukraine ICF is one of the largest networks of charitable organizations in Ukraine, providing humanitarian, social, and psychological assistance to individuals in difficult life circumstances. The organization implements programs for crisis relief, psychosocial support, integration of IDPs, and support for children, the elderly, and other vulnerable populations. In 2025, we established a partnership with Caritas Ukraine ICF to enhance support for individuals with mental disorders and their families. Through this collaboration, we are developing initiatives in psychoeducation, family support, and access to professional assistance for individuals with mental health conditions. Good People Non-Profit Organization
Good People is a socially responsible bakery and a community of dedicated individuals that combines entrepreneurship with charity and support for individuals with various mental disabilities. In addition to its bakery operations, the team implements charitable projects, supports social initiatives, and fosters a space for mutual support. In 2025, we formalized our partnership with Good People to develop support programs for people with mental disorders and to promote mental health awareness within the community. In fact, we have established a long-standing close collaboration. Psychability refers its clients who have completed or are currently undergoing rehabilitation and demonstrate a desire to work for employment at the bakery. Media Center Ukraine
Media Center Ukraine is a communication platform established in the early days of the full-scale invasion to unite the state, media, and public sector around the dissemination of truthful information about events in Ukraine. Today, the Media Center functions as a space for briefings, public discussions, and interaction with Ukrainian and foreign journalists, helping to discuss important topics at national and international levels. We value our cooperation as an opportunity to highlight issues of mental health and the experiences of people with mental disorders, which often remain outside the scope of public conversations.
