NGO “Psychability” (hereinafter referred to as Psychability) adheres to the principles of confidentiality and the inviolability of information received from clients in the course of providing Psychability’s services.
Psychability guarantees the preservation of restricted-access information and the protection of personal data of users of Psychability’s services (hereinafter – Users), including when using Psychability’s official website and mobile applications (hereinafter – Services).
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is intended to publicly inform Users about the procedure for collecting (processing), storing, and transferring personal data and information to Psychability that is provided in connection with the provision of Psychability’s Services.
By using Psychability’s Services, the User agrees to all terms and conditions of this Policy.

The purpose of processing personal data is the provision of Services.
Collection of Personal Data

The personal data processed by Psychability includes contact information provided by Users when using the Services (last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, etc.). The information is obtained when the User interacts with the Services, including through Psychability’s website, mobile applications, and other tools. The data is provided voluntarily by Users in order to enable Psychability to fulfill its obligations related to the provision of the Services.
Non-personalized information is used solely to generate statistical data and to improve the Services, including informing the User about new Services. In particular, when using the mobile application, such information may include the operating system version, approximate location of the mobile device (if the User independently provides consent to the use of geolocation), device IP address, and the date and time of authorization in the mobile application.
Use of Information
The information received by Psychability is used for:
- creating a User account;
- providing the Service or function requested by the User;
- ensuring updates and technical support for the Services, including the mobile application on the User’s device;
- any other purposes to the extent necessary for the proper and high-quality provision of the Services.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Psychability does not disclose information received from Users in connection with the provision of the Services to third parties. Disclosure of personal data by Psychability without the consent of the User or their authorized representative is permitted only in cases established by law, and solely (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.
Protection of Confidential Information and User Data
Confidential information, personal data, and non-personalized information are stored on Psychability’s internal resources, to which access is restricted.

Psychability’s web resources implement adequate measures to protect information; however, please note that there is no absolutely secure and error-free method of transmitting data over the Internet.
Psychability is not responsible for the operation of servers or Internet service providers whose actions or failures may make access to the website impossible or limited, nor is it responsible for the User’s disclosure of their own personal data.
The information posted on Psychability’s web resources is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, translation, archiving, or copying of such information onto other electronic media is prohibited.
User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to obtain information regarding the procedure for processing their personal data, as well as other rights established by Part 2 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (as amended) (hereinafter – the Law).
The User is obliged, including but not limited to:
- refrain from actions aimed at misleading other Users;
- not transfer their personal data for use by third parties;
- not collect, systematize, store, process, or disseminate personal information of other Users;
- not attempt to obtain access to the personal data of other Users by any means, including but not limited to deception, abuse of trust, or attempts to guess authentication or identification data.
User Consent
In accordance with the Law, Psychability processes Users’ personal data for the purpose of providing Services based on permission to process personal data granted under the Law for the exercise of powers and performance of a transaction in which the User is a party.
A User may voluntarily provide Psychability with consent to process their personal data in order to receive informational materials. By registering on Psychability’s official website or in mobile applications, the User confirms that they have been informed of the terms of this Privacy Policy, including the purposes of personal data processing specified herein, and the rights granted to personal data subjects under Article 8 of the Law, and consents to the use of their personal data by Psychability by checking the box “I agree to the Privacy Policy.”
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the User’s device when visiting Psychability’s website. Psychability’s website may use cookies to understand which content interests you and to recognize you on subsequent visits.
The cookies that may be used by Psychability cannot harm the User’s device. Most of the cookies used by Psychability are session cookies, which are automatically deleted at the end of the User’s visit to Psychability’s website.
