Family as a Resource for Recovery: A series of seminars has begun
2026-09-24
Psychoeducation sessions have begun in an open group for family members.
The first meeting launched the Family as a Resource for Recovery seminar series.
During the seminar, clinical psychologist Ihor Nazarenko spoke with participants about family resources and restoring relationships within the household. We discussed what can help improve relationships, and participants shared their own experiences, successes, and challenges.
At the end, each participant created their own Family Functioning Pyramid, identifying which tasks:
🟢 the person does independently;
🟡 the person does with assistance;
🔵 we do together;
🟣 I do for the person.
Participants enjoyed the new seminar format and the opportunity to analyze the results together.
We thank everyone who joined the meeting and actively participated in the discussion 💚
The next meeting in the series will take place in October.
