Getting to know Ucare.me

On January 14, board members Lidia Martynova and Kostyantyn Zelenov met online with representatives of the Ucare.me charity foundation Roman Ilchyshyn and Viktoria Horodetskaya to get to know each other and expand the connections they had made at the forum “Human Resilience = Country Resilience”. The Ucare Charity Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides psychological assistance to Ukrainians affected by the war.

My colleagues from Ucare and I shared our experience in mental health, learned more about each other, and outlined possible areas for cooperation. For their part, Ucare representatives offered the possibility of conducting supervision for specialists from the NGO “Psychability” and organizing rehabilitation camps for relatives of people with mental disorders. We will also consider the possibility of conducting camps with rehabilitation programs for people with mental disorders in the future.
