Lecture by dietitian Tetiana Shapovalova — on diet and eating regimen

As part of our School of Healthy Lifestyle, another meeting was held with dietitian Tetiana Shapovalova — warm, lively, and very practical.
Tetiana simply and clearly talked about the structure of a daily diet, which foods should be included to maintain energy and control weight, as well as the importance of a meal regimen — especially for people with mental disorders.
Each participant received examples of menus for the week, and together we discussed their practical side: ease of preparation, benefits, and variety. Tetiana also shared comments on her own Book of Balanced Nutrition Recipes — useful tips for those who want to lead a healthier lifestyle and be in a resourceful state.
