Lecture on the "happy" forest by biologist Valentina Movchan

Valentyna Movchan, a biological sciences candidate and director of the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine,” visited us and gave a lecture on “Plant Psychology.”

Ms. Valentyna told our clients and their relatives about her research into plants. We learned that human actions affect the plant world much more than we think.

In fact, plants have empathy for people. In turn, for humans, interaction with a “happy” forest is beneficial for mental health.
