Psychological training for our clients from the NGO Mental Health Service - Ukraine

On April 5, 2025, the second psychological training for our clients was held đ from the Mental Health Service - Ukraine NGO.
Psychologist Kateryna Yarovets introduced the group to one of the techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy. With the help of a string of simple questions and answers, everyone was able to make a plan for solving the problem that was bothering them at that time. And at the end of the training, clients unloaded their thoughts and restored their resource through drawing.
