Results of the General Meeting

The General Meeting of our public organization, “Psychability,” took place on January 23. 27 people participated: 23 visited our office in person, and 4 joined online.

The following took place at the General Meeting:

🔹 The Chairperson of the Board, Lidiшa Martynova, presented the report on the activities of the NGO “Psychability” for 2024 (view at the link—). The Board's work was unanimously recognized as satisfactory.

🔹 The following strategic documents were approved by general vote:

— Strategic Plan of the NGO “Psychability” (Kyiv) for 2025-26.

— Algorithm of the fundraising strategy of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

— Ethical principles of external and internal communication of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

— Policy for the protection of vulnerable groups of beneficiaries of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

🔹 The Budget of the NGO "Psychability" for 2025 was approved

🔹 A general vote approved the membership fee of UAH 200.

🔹 Board member Kostyantyn Zelenov spoke on the prospects for cooperation between the NGO "Psychability" and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.

🔹 General vote re-elected the Board members of the NGO "Psychability", the new members included:

Lidia Martynova — Chairwoman of the Board, relative of a person with a mental disorder
