Results of the School of Healthy Lifestyle for 2025
2025-12-24
This year's program of the School of Healthy Lifestyle and Mental Health Support has come to a completion. 🎄
It is nice to see that interest in the topic is not decreasing. Some of the participants have already experienced positive changes and practical benefits of the knowledge generously shared by dietitian Tetiana Shapovalova.
During the meeting, we had a lively and engaging conversation about circadian rhythms and their impact on our well-being. We talked about the role of hormones — in particular, melatonin and cortisol — and how much sleep determines our daily activity. Special attention was paid to how and when it is better to fall asleep and what to do if sleep does not come.
On the eve of the holidays, Ms. Tetiana also shared advice on the festive table and behavior during the holidays for people with mental disorders — without extremes and with self-care.
We are grateful to Ms. Tetiana for the warm atmosphere and professional approach, and to the participants for their activity, openness and attention to their own health 💛
