Organization's meeting announcement

Dear friends and colleagues! According to clause 6.7 of the Charter of the NGO, we are to hold a general meeting of members of our public organization "Psychability" on January 23 at 5:00 PM

We announce the following agenda for the meeting:

🔹 report on the activities of the NGO for 2024

🔹 re-election of members of the board of the NGO (in accordance with clauses 6.3, 6.14 of the Charter of the NGO "Psychability")

🔹 approval of the membership fee in the amount of UAH 200.

🔹 approval of the following strategic documents (in accordance with clause 6.4 of the Charter of the NGO "Psychability"):

— Strategic plan of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv) for 2025-26.

— Algorithm of the fundraising strategy of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

— Ethical principles of external and internal communication of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

— Policy for the protection of vulnerable groups of beneficiaries of the NGO "Psychability" (Kyiv)

— Budget of the NGO "Psychability" for 2025

🔹 announcement of cooperation of the NGO with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine

🔹 raffle among those present at the meeting for 2 free consultations with a private psychiatrist (at the choice of the NGO member).

We offer two formats of participation in the meeting: live and online. Those who wish to come in person will be waiting for us at our office near the metro station "Kontraktova Ploshcha" at the address: 18 Kostyantynivska St., apt. 1. And those who wish to join online — the link to the meeting on Google Meet will be in our NGO channel on Viber.
